DANIEL J. SPERRAZZA
Daniel J. Sperrazza has practiced law in the field of Matrimonial and Family law for over twenty years. He handles cases in both Supreme and Family Court. He has been appointed by judges as Law Guardian to represent the interests of children involved in custody and visitation proceedings. In addition to his Matrimonial and Family Law practice, Dan handles legal cases in the areas of Commercial and Estate litigation, as well as Employment Discrimination matters.
In addition to being a member of the WNY Collaborative Professions, Ltd., Dan is a member of the Matrimonial and Family Law and Commercial Law Committees of the Erie County Bar Association. He is also a Past President of the Niagara County Central Rotary Club, of which he has been a member for eight years. Dan has recently completed the four day AMediation Intensive Training Program@ sponsored by the Center for Mediation in Law, and has handled Divorce Mediation Cases as both a mediator and a reviewing attorney. He has lectured in several continuing education programs for lawyers on various issues in divorce and family law, and at various Rotary Clubs on the Sexual Harassment Policy of the Rotary International, District 7090.
Mr. Sperrazza is a partner in the law firm of Cohen & Lombardo, P.C. He received his law degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Law, and is a cum laude graduate from the State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Business Management.
