Michael F. Barone is a partner in the firm of Barone and Barone, P.C.  Mr. Barone is a graduate of Canisius High School, Buffalo, New York.  He received his undergraduate degree from John Caroll University, University Heights, Ohio, and his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University School of Law, Ada, Ohio.  He is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and the Bar Association of the District of Columbia.  Mr. Barone has been in practice for more than 30 years and has extensive family law experience, including five years as a full-time law guardian in Erie County Family Court.  He is an active member of the Family Law Committee and WNY Collaborative Law Professionals, LTD.  Mr. Barone was formerly Judge and Town Prosecutor in the Town of Concord, and he is presently Town Attorney for the Town of Concord and Town Prosecutor for the Town of Colden.  In addition to family law, Barone and Barone, P.C. has an extensive real estate, estate planning, vehicle and traffic, contract and business law practice.
