Ross, Julie and Corcoran, Judy, Joint Custody With A Jerk, St. Martin’s Press, New York, 1996. Ross and Corcoran explain how to work with an uncooperative ex in a way that serves the best interest of the children and minimizes the frustration level of the other parent. Through the use of real life common problems the authors present techniques designed to cut through the animosity when acting on behalf of the children.

This book presents constructive approaches to situations where one parent is actively trying to alienate the children from the other parent.
